Heritage

Résidence Lumière is more than just a house. Built in 1910 upon the project of famous German master Artur Moedlinger, this Jugendstil building today is a monument of global importance and together with historical part of Riga’s centre it is included into the UNESCO World Heritage List. In 2013, this unique sample of Jugendstil architecture was reborn – the renovation allowed to preserve its historical charm as well as to provide comfort to its residents by means of modern technologies.
